The 2026 AHR Expo will be held in Las Vegas February 2–4, and components manufacturer NDL Industries is ready with a suite of products for CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems.
The Vancouver-based company will showcase a “focused lineup of components” for high-pressure refrigeration systems, according to Paul Millard, National OEM Sales Manager. These include copper fittings, ball valves, check valves and NDL’s new three-way valves. The company’s broad array of products for CO2 refrigeration systems is a reflection of its bullishness on the future of natural refrigerants in North America.
“NDL sees continued momentum for CO2 refrigeration across the U.S. and Canadian markets,” Millard said.
NaturalRefrigerants.com spoke with Millard to learn more about the products NDL will be exhibiting at AHR and the company’s outlook on natural refrigerants in the U.S.

What CO2 products is NDL presenting at AHR 2026?
Paul Millard: NDL Industries will be showcasing a focused lineup of components engineered specifically for high-pressure CO2 refrigeration systems at its booth #C2104.
NDL’s CO2 ball valves and check valves are designed to withstand pressures up to 140bar [2,030psi]. NDL will also highlight its DN65 stainless steel CO2 ball valve, which is capable of handling pressures up to 130bar [1,885psi] and notable for its substantial size and suitability for large-scale CO2 applications.
In addition, NDL will feature its CO2 copper fittings rated up to 130bar as well as CO2 service tees designed specifically for installing service valves with 10mm [3/8in] stainless steel stubs. These service tees reduce installation steps, eliminate the need for drilling or expanding fittings and ensure a precise fit for line sizes ranging from 1/2 to 2-1/8in [12.7 to 54mm].
What message about CO2 or natural refrigerants will NDL be sharing with attendees?
PM: NDL believes natural refrigerants represent the future of refrigeration, and CO2 plays a central role in that transition. Does NDL have any new CO2 products under development?
PM: NDL will be introducing its new CO2 three-way valves at AHR 2026. These valves are being developed specifically for high-pressure CO2 applications and represent an important expansion of NDL’s CO2 product portfolio.
The introduction of these valves reflects our ongoing focus on addressing real world installation and system design needs within the CO2 refrigeration market while also offering a preview of what NDL is currently developing.
How does NDL see the CO2 refrigeration sector in the U.S. evolving?
PM: In the short term, including 2026, we expect rapid growth as aging refrigeration systems are replaced and regulatory pressures continue to favor natural refrigerants.
In the long term, NDL anticipates steady and sustained adoption of CO2 technologies as familiarity increases, supply chains mature and system designs continue to improve. This long-term growth reinforces the need for durable, high-performance components designed specifically for CO2 applications.
