Beijer Ref has announced that Jonas Steen will be its next CEO and President effective November 1, 2026. Steen has been with Beijer Ref since 2010 and is currently the COO of the company's EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region, having previously served as the COO of APAC (Asia Pacific) as well as Vice President of the Nordics and Eastern Europe. Steen steps into a role currently held by Joel Davidsson, who will remain as CEO and President until the transition. During his time as CEO, Davidsson also served as Beijer Ref's CFO, a position he will return to after Steen takes the reins.
