ATMOsphere, publisher of NaturalRefrigerants.com, has issued a call for case studies from manufacturers of natural refrigerant technologies to be presented at ATMOsphere (ATMO) LATAM 2025, which will be held Wednesday and Thursday, February 19–20, in Mexico City.
To be considered, presentations must be relevant to the Latin American market, refer to a real-life natural refrigerant-based installation and include an end user or affiliated contractor, preferably one that can be onsite during the presentation.
Case studies can be submitted here. The deadline for submissions is November 15.
Submitted case studies should relate to one of the following applications of natural refrigerants:
- Commercial and light commercial refrigeration
- Industrial refrigeration
- Transport refrigeration
- New areas of application
Case studies should address the efficiency of systems and include a cost analysis, including cost of energy, operations, planning installation and life cycle.
Confirmed speakers will receive a 50% discount on their admission ticket. Registration for the event will open soon.
Second in-person ATMO LATAM
The second in-person ATMO LATAM will gather key industry experts – including manufacturers, policymakers, end users and contractors – to learn about the latest developments in natural refrigerant-based HVAC&R systems. These include systems using CO2, (R744), hydrocarbons (such as propane/R290 and isobutane/R600a), ammonia (R717), water (R718) and air (R729).
ATMO LATAM 2025 will be held at the Barceló México Reforma Hotel. Last year’s event was held at the same location.
In addition to case study presentations, the program will also feature a keynote presentation; discussions on the experience of end users and contractors with natural refrigerants; policy and regulation updates; a discussion on the impact of f-gas refrigerants on health and safety; and global and LATAM market and technology trends.
