Super Heat Industrial CO₂ Heat Pump
Super Heat is an industrial CO₂ heat pump capable of producing hot water at temperatures up to 130°C.
01 Overview
It can produce 4.2 tonnes of 130°C hot water per hour, making it suitable for industrial processes that require heat above 100°C, such as sterilization and drying. Replacing a boiler with a heat pump can reduce fossil fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Large volumes of high-temperature hot water
- Produces hot water at temperatures up to 130°C.
- Produces 4.2 tonnes of 130°C hot water per hour.
- Also operates at lower temperatures, producing 12 tonnes per hour at 60°C or 6.7 tonnes per hour at 90°C.

Direct heating from low to high temperatures
- Heats water directly from 18°C to 130°C with a single unit.
- Delivers high-temperature heating that has been difficult to achieve with conventional heat pumps.

Simultaneous heating and cooling
- Produces chilled water while supplying hot water at 130°C.
- The chilled water can be used for process cooling or air-conditioning.
- A system configuration is also available for users who do not need chilled water.

Energy efficiency
- Achieves a heating COP of 2.8 and a cooling COP of 2.0. When both heating and cooling are used, the combined COP is 4.8.
- Can deliver the same amount of heat as a boiler using less than one-third of the energy.
