Super Green CO₂ Brine Chiller / Water Chiller
Super Green is Japan’s first refrigeration unit to use CO₂ as its sole refrigerant.

01 Overview
Launched in 2015, it has been installed at sites across Japan. Its key advantage is energy efficiency. Replacing an R22 refrigeration unit with Super Green has delivered annual energy savings of 20–40%. The technology has also received multiple awards in Japan.
01
Energy efficiency
- Achieves annual energy savings of 20–40% when replacing an R22 refrigeration unit.
02
Stable operation in extreme heat
- Designed for Japan’s hot, humid climate.
- When the ambient temperature reaches 35°C or higher, mist is sprayed onto the gas cooler.
03
Features
Type F brine chiller
Serves equipment that requires low-temperature brine, such as CO₂ recovery systems at breweries and food freezing lines.Type C brine chiller
Supports brine temperatures from −15°C to +5°C for ice making and chilled-water production.Type C water chiller
Supplies chilled water at +5°C to +10°C for air conditioning.- Can be combined with a dedicated ice storage tank for ice bank applications.
- A version compatible with calcium chloride brine is also available.
