ATMOsphere, publisher of NaturalRefrigerants.com, has launched a global directory for natural refrigerant equipment manufacturers, distributors, installers and consultants.
The directory contains listings for more than 550 companies across 53 countries on six continents, with new companies added daily. Marc Chasserot, CEO of ATMOsphere, said the goal is to have 5,000 companies in the directory in the next year.
“ATMOsphere has been working in the natural refrigerants industry for more than 20 years, and we know thousands of companies in this industry,” said Chasserot. “We wanted to create a home for them, a place where they could all be visible, and that is the directory.”
The directory is designed to make it easier for companies and individuals in the clean cooling value chain to connect. Each company receives its own page; verified companies can customize their profiles with additional information and tags regarding their products and services. Verification is performed by the ATMOsphere team, which checks that companies have legitimate experience working with or manufacturing natural refrigerant-based products.

Verified listings contain a qualified sales lead generation function, enabling visitors to inquire about products and services via a dedicated contact form. Tools to connect buyers and sellers are also being developed, with the goal to proactively generate sales leads for listed companies, according to Chasserot.

By contrast, unverified profiles contain only basic information about a company and no lead generation function. In addition to manufacturers and service providers, the directory also contains listings for providers of training and education. An individual can add their company to the directory or claim its existing profile and receive verification after a review by the ATMOsphere team and the payment of a small annual fee.
