Purple Range – Heat Pump and Chiller

Air to water reversible heat pumps and chillers with natural refrigerant gas R290. Extended working conditions and very high performance. Equipped with semihermetic reciprocating compressors, axial fan with phase-cut speed control, plates heat exchanger and Al/Cu minitubes coils. Low noise configuration is standard for all the series and max outlet water temperature of 62°C. All the components inside the compressor box are ATEX certified: compressors, solenoid valves, EEV.

Enerblue’s Purple heat pumps with two refrigeration circuits have separate aeraulic sections. The independent functioning of the two circuits has positive effects especially during defrost cycles; the cycles are in fact controlled so that they do not occur simultaneously in the two circuits.

As a result, the negative effect of defrosting is mitigated by the operation of the heat pump circuit.

They have developed and applied dynamic defrost logic to start defrost cycles only when strictly necessary. In fact, the dynamic defrost logic considers not only the outside temperature but also the evaporation pressure. This keeps the unit running longer than with timed defrost systems, reducing energy waste.
