Auto Shanghai is a biennial international automobile industry exhibition, first held in 1985. The 22nd edition takes place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. The 2025 edition welcomed 1,000 exhibitors from 26 countries and regions and 1.01 million visitors. It covered 360,000 square metres and showed 1,366 cars, 70% of them new energy vehicles. Exhibits also span the automotive supply chain, and the 2025 show featured 163 global premieres.
