The North American Sustainable Refrigeration Council (NASRC) promotes natural refrigerant adoption in supermarkets. Its Natural Refrigerant Training Summit trains refrigeration technicians on CO₂ and propane systems. NASRC co-hosts the Atlanta, Georgia, event with Lanier Technical College. Manufacturers and industry experts deliver the training sessions. The summit welcomes all refrigeration technicians, both union and non-union.
