HCJ 2027 combines three trade shows: HOTERES JAPAN, CATEREX JAPAN and JAPAN SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOW. It takes place at Tokyo Big Sight's East Halls from 16 to 19 March 2027. Visitors come from the hotel, restaurant and catering industries. More than 15 specialist zones cover kitchen equipment, café and bakery, hygiene, AI and robotics, and hotel design. The previous edition gathered 800 companies across 2,300 booths and welcomed 65,000 visitors.
