Overview
Cold Chain Institute is an educational programme designed for professionals engaged in temperature-controlled logistics.

The Cold Chain Institute is an educational programme specifically designed for professionals engaged in temperature-controlled logistics. The curriculum, delivered by the Global Cold Chain Foundation (GCCF) takes ‘students’ through key areas of cold chain logistics management. Customer service, employee safety, food safety, warehouse operations, transport operations, and professional development. The curriculum is taught by leading experts who are still active in the industry.

‘Students’ attend for four days, once per year. After completing the three level years, students receive a Certificate of Completion during a graduation ceremony. In addition to the valuable training opportunities participants take part in, students also receive the added benefit of networking with industry peers from multiple countries and developing relationships with mentors while taking their professional, leadership, and cold chain skills to the next level.
