3030 Safety Valve

Castel continues to strengthen its portfolio of safety devices with the introduction of the 3030 series safety valves, specifically designed for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerant, classified as A3.

Modern refrigeration systems increasingly operate under demanding conditions, combining high working pressures and elevated discharge temperatures. The 3030 series has been engineered to meet these challenges, offering set pressures up to 50 bar and operating temperatures up to 150°C, ensuring reliable protection of the system.

Thanks to their compact design and the use of high- performance materials, the 3030 valves represent a dependable safety solution for a wide range of installations.
