“We strive to be component and accessory problem-solvers. Our goal is to enhance product efficiencies and increase reliability, so we are constantly looking for ways to improve existing products, along with the research and development of new designs.”

03Customer service culture

From the very beginning, Gary wanted to build a company with customer service at the forefront, doing anything and everything to meet the needs of the customer. This guiding principle informs every aspect of our business as we continually strive to treat people right and beat the competition to the finish line.

We’ve had to change a few things as we’ve expanded over the years, but that core customer service ethic has never wavered. In fact, we would never have come this far without it.
