ICMTS Motor Operated Valve

The ICMTS valve operates effectively in a temperature range from -40°C to +50°C (-40°F to +122°F) for media and -30°C to +50°C (-22°F to +122°F) for ambient conditions. For specialized industrial environments, the platform can handle PED ratings from -60°C to +150°C (-76°F to +302°F). The valve’s maximum working pressure is 140 bar (2030 psig), and it can handle a maximum opening pressure differential of up to 90 bar (1305 psig). These specifications make it ideal for high-pressure systems requiring precision control.

One of the key features of the ICMTS motorized valve is its balanced piston design, which ensures smooth regulation and precise control of refrigerant flow, even at low opening degrees and high differential pressures. This patented design provides significant operational reliability under varying system demands. The valve also incorporates a magnetic coupling, offering hermetic sealing that prevents refrigerant leakage — a critical aspect when working with CO₂.

The valve is designed for easy installation with multiple connection options, including DIN and ANSI butt-weld connections and DIN and ASME hard soldering (brazing) connections.
