01 Présentation
The Delta-P II independently measures the oil differential pressure and can be directly integrated into the safety chain without requiring an additional control system. In contrast, the INT250 can be flexibly connected to a PLC or a KRIWAN INT69 TML, enabling extended functionality such as remote access. KRIWAN’s innovative two-component system allows for easy replacement of the electronic unit without opening the refrigeration circuit or draining the oil. Additionally, external capillary tubes are no longer required, minimizing installation effort. With their robust design and easy integration into existing systems, these sensors enhance operational safety and extend system lifespan.

The KRIWAN oil differential pressure sensors Delta-P II and INT250 offer a precise and reliable solution for monitoring oil lubrication in compressors. Ensuring an adequate oil supply is essential to prevent damage. If the oil pressure drops below a critical level, the safety chain shuts down the compressor.
The Delta-P II operates autonomously with a potential-free relay and can be directly integrated into the safety chain. In contrast, the INT250 connects to a PLC or a KRIWAN INT69 TML, allowing for extended control and remote access. Depending on the system, this flexible integration significantly reduces installation effort.

A key feature of KRIWAN sensors is the two-component system: The evaluation unit and the screw-in part are separate, allowing the electronics to be replaced easily without evacuating the refrigeration circuit or draining the oil. This significantly simplifies maintenance and servicing. Furthermore, the elimination of external capillary tubes simplifies installation and reduces potential failure points.
The screw-in parts are available in two different thread types: 3/4″ -16UNF-2A or M20x1.5, ensuring seamless integration into various compressor systems.
