It is intended for indoor use and is not suitable for wet or outdoor environments. The sensor integrates a temperature sensor for compensation within the range of 0°C to 10°C (32°F to 50°F).

Smart defrosting: Stops defrost when the ice is melted, thanks to input from a temperature sensor located on the evaporator surface.
